STEP 2
Login to your PitakaMo app. Go to "WALLET TOPUP".
STEP 3
Choose "BANK / PAYMENT CENTERS".
STEP 4
Fill up the required fields and upload a picture of the Deposit Slip.
STEP 5
Click Submit, and you're done.

STEP 2
Login to your PitakaMo app. Go to Services and click "Wallet Top-up".
STEP 3
Choose "Bank Deposit".
STEP 4
In the Select Bank list, please choose SMART PADALA. Continue to fill up the required fields and upload a picture of the SMS confirmation.
STEP 5
Click Submit, and you're done.

STEP 2
Login to your PitakaMo app. Go to "WALLET TOPUP" and then choose "ECPAY".
STEP 3
Fill up the required fields. Upload a picture of the Acknowledgment Receipt.
STEP 4
Click Submit and you're done.
NOTE:
Payment Transactions made from 12:01 am up to 2:00 pm shall be processed by 5:00 pm.
Payment Transactions made from 2:01 pm up to 12:00 pm shall be processed by 12:00 nn of the following day.
WALLET TOP-UP
GCASH, 7-11, SM, & CEBUANA LHUILLIER
NOTE: These options have a convenience fee:

STEP 1
Login to your PitakaMo app. Go to “WALLET TOPUP”, then click on “Gcash”, “7-11”, “SM” or "Cebuana Lhuillier.
STEP 2
Enter the AMOUNT that you want to Top-Up.
STEP 3
Click on the box “I agree to the terms and conditions”, if you agree. Then select again either, GCash, 7-11, SM or Cebuana Lhuillier.
STEP 4
A Reference Number will be generated. Proceed to the nearest selected Outlet, present the Reference Number to the Cashier and Pay.
Please note that the Reference Number has an expiration period.
MAKE PAYMENT GENERATE PAYMENT CODE
STEP 1
After your successful registration, login to your PitakaMo app and select, "Generate PitakaMo Code.
NOTE: This is an option that requires the assistance of your Upline / Referrer.
STEP 2
The app will ask for you to enter your PitakaMo Payment Code.
Your Upline / Referrer, through their own PitakaMo account will go to Services and click "Generate Payment Code".
NOTE: They need to have sufficient balance in their PitakaMo Wallet to do this.
Then click "Generate Code ". Enter the Target Account (Your mobile number. Use the format: Country Code, Area Code, Mobile Number. Example: 639171234567 ). Then click Submit.
This will generate a Payment Code. They will give this to you.
STEP 3
Enter the Payment Code in YOUR PitakaMo app.
STEP 4
Click Submit and you're done.
